Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service to customers by one-on-one attention.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs and draperies.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Responds to guest queries and requests.
• Assists with linen and bed making as required.
• Maintains cleanliness of common areas and rooms.
