• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring proper temperatures and appealing presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen, stores excess food according to safe handling procedures.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
