Job summary

Beyond Hospice, part of Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, seeks a compassionate Hospice Home Health Aide (HHA) to assist patients in end-of-life care across hospice home and community settings. The role works with the hospice nursing team to provide personal care, comfort, and dignity.

Candidates should have Minnesota Nursing Assistant training, be 18+, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Full-time days with a pay range of $19.38–$25.86 per hour, plus benefits; driving and independent work are

Qualifications

• Minnesota Nursing Assistant training requirements completed.
• Completion of at least 75 hours classroom and supervised practical training, including clinical work.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to meet competency standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning and ROM exercises.
• Support with meals and nutritional needs; monitor and report changes to RN Case Manager.
• Document care accurately and maintain a clean, safe environment with light housekeeping.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families and participate in team care planning.
