Job summary

Hospice of Chattanooga, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to provide hands-on, values‑driven care to patients at the end of life in Dayton, TN. You’ll work with our nursing team to meet physical, emotional, and personal needs with dignity and compassion.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Competitive benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO and holidays, tuition reimbursement, onboarding, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Current unencumbered CNA certificate in the state.
Minimum 1 year CNA experience in acute or long-term care; hospice a plus.
CPR certification if state mandates; valid driver's license and transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized, compassionate home care per care plan.
Assist with bathing, grooming, bedding, and hygiene tasks.
Deliver outstanding customer service and support to patients and families.
Guide families and document care interactions and changes accurately.
Maintain precise records in home visits per agency standards.
