Job summary

Arc Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Hospice Aide (CNA) – Full-Time to provide personal care and compassionate support for hospice patients in Dallas and surrounding counties. You will assist with daily activities while promoting patient comfort and dignity.

This role requires active CNA certification, current CPR certification, and a commitment to the mission and values of the organization. A reliable means of transportation is also necessary for home and facility visits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, follow, and document written care instructions accurately.
• Understanding of hospice philosophy and the needs of terminally ill individuals.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
