Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Preference for educational preparation appropriate to agency needs.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Michigan.
• Minimum of one to two years of med/surg or critical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing care and health counseling as per physician's treatment plan.
• Conducts initial assessments of the patient's needs and status.
• Develops nursing care plans based on assessments.
