Amazing Care Home Health Services in Pueblo, CO is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy. You will develop individualized treatment plans, assess mobility, balance and safety, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

• Full-Time: 25 points or more weekly
