Pathways Healthcare is hiring a Home Health and Hospice Aide in Quincy, MA. This full-time role offers a guaranteed 40 hours per week with an in-home care focus and a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30–5:00).

The hourly rate is $25.00, with duties including observation, reporting, and personal care under RN supervision. The ideal candidate is a Massachusetts-licensed CNA or HHA with CPR, 18+ years old, reliable, empathetic, and able to drive.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Massachusetts preferred; Home Health Aide certificate accepted.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impaired.
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification.
• Demonstrates tact, patience and good personal hygiene.
• Licensed driver with automobile that is insured and in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Observe patients and document observations.
• Report observations to the supervising RN or therapist.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Provide care that promotes safety, continuity, and quality of care.
