Job summary

All American Home Care LLC in Uniontown, PA is seeking an experienced full-time Direct Care Worker to provide compassionate in-home support. You will assist clients with activities of daily living, help with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship to improve quality of life.

You must have at least one year of caregiving experience; preferred HHA training or Direct Care Worker certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• HHA training or Direct Care Worker certification preferred.
• Clear background check.
• Valid ID/Driver's License.
• Social Security.
• PPDs, TB test, or Chest X-ray.

Responsibilities

• Performs or assists with activities of daily living as prescribed in the care plan (hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Maintains a clean, safe home environment through light housekeeping.
• Provides personal care, meals, and laundry support, plus companionship as needed.
