KeHE Distributors en Parker, CO, está buscando un/a Operador/a de máquina para empaquetado de alto ritmo en una planta de distribución. Es una posición de tiempo completo con turno de lunes a jueves de 5:00 AM a 3:30 PM y rango salarial fijo de $20.00 por hora.

Qualifications

• Requires Mid Rise Safety Toe shoes/boots on day one
• Ability to lift products of various weights ranging from 10lbs to 60lbs
• Basic math skills to maintain proper work inventory
• Read, write and understand the English language
• Work on your feet for up to 10 hours a day
• Hand eye coordination to perform a verity of fast-pace tasks
• Self-motivated and able to stay on task
• High attention to detail
• Basic Abilities to operate assigned machinery

Responsibilities

• Start Up/Change of product: Assemble and prepare high speed packaging machine for peak performance
• Obtain production run sheet, metal detector log, label verification sheet and all labels
• Communicate with team on production run expectations
• Upload run information into Bagger/Scales
• Verify weights/seals on pre-production run
• Complete and submit Product Run Sheets
• Conduct hourly metal detector checks
• Change out can liners and log production waste
• Product Run/Quality Inspection: Ensure high product quality during runs
• Adjust label machines for correct placement
• Apply hand labels when needed
• Change out labels/ink ribbons
• Coach/Assist Boxers on quality checks and site safety
• Assist Boxers with palletizing and replenishing
• Make adjustments to product run as needed
• Assist loader with rejected materials
• Maintain a steady workflow and minimal downtime
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues during runs
