Compass Group USA is hiring a Helper Cook for a full-time position in Jacksonville, FL. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Experience in cooking, food safety, and dishwashing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required.
• Food safety and dishwashing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learns to read menu to estimate food requirements and assists in cooking.
• Prepares and cooks food according to recipes and production records.
• Maintains sanitation and safety in kitchen areas.
• Interacts with customers and coworkers in a courteous manner.
• Ensures compliance with service standards and cash handling procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
