Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver in Raleigh, NC. This unarmed security officer position involves patrolling healthcare locations, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to site procedures and emergency response plans. Position Type: Full Time.

Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour. Schedule includes DayTime shifts from 1:45 PM to 10:00 PM on multiple weekdays.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors.
• Conduct routine patrols and monitor access points.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate hospital personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures in accordance with site requirements, providing directions and assistance to patients and visitors.
• Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly, following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.
