Cottingham Retirement Community, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Aide in Cincinnati, OH 45241. This full-time role focuses on cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and ensuring a sanitary, welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will follow cleaning schedules, practice infection control, and wear appropriate PPE. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required beyond a high school diploma or equivalent industry exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas according to schedules.
• Change bed linens and transport soiled linens to laundry.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE when cleaning high-risk areas.
• Interact with residents respectfully and assist with minor requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to complete tasks and report issues.
