Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is hiring immediately for a full-time Floor Technician at Delray Medical Center in Delray Beach, FL. The role involves floor maintenance, restoration, and operating various floor care equipment in a busy healthcare environment.

Schedule may include rotating weekends. Prior floor care experience is preferred, with a pay range of $16.00 to $17.50 per hour. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance and refinishing procedures.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning and spot treatment.
• Carry out restoration for all floor types as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
