North 40 Outfitters in Moses Lake, WA is hiring a Full-Time Hardware Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, stock and merchandise, maintain a clean department, and safeguard company assets.

This position requires availability during our Mon–Sat 7 am–7 pm and Sun 9 am–5 pm schedule, with weekends and some holidays possible. Wage is $17.50–$18.00 per hour, plus benefits including 401(k), HSAs, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and an employee discount.

Qualifications

• Ability to educate and assist customers on North 40 brands.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment and share credit.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in merchandising is helpful.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
