Job summary

North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT (East Location) is seeking a Full-Time Hardware Associate to join our team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers with product recommendations, and contribute to merchandising and standards in the hardware department.

This role requires flexibility to work Monday through Saturday 7 am–7 pm and Sunday 9 am–5 pm, with occasional holidays. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn about hardware merchandise are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 65 lbs. with frequent team lifting.
• Experience in merchandising is helpful.
• Knowledge of hardware, plumbing and electrical merchandise.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage with customers on a regular basis.
