Mercy Health is seeking two dedicated Gynecology Physicians to join our growing team at Mercy Health - Fairfield Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role offers a balanced schedule with comprehensive support to deliver exceptional patient care.

Selected candidates will cover one week of call per month across West Hospital and Fairfield Hospital, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gynecology.
• Valid Ohio medical license or ability to obtain one prior to start.
• Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• 3 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general gynecology care to patients.
• Perform surgical and non-surgical treatment of gynecologic conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in hospital rounds and provide consultative services as needed.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department.
