• At least 3 years of groundskeeping, janitorial, or building maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of landscaping, grounds maintenance, tools, equipment, and safety practices.
• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience; associate degree or additional training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mows lawns weekly during the proper season.
• Trims bushes and maintains neat appearance; weeds flowerbeds weekly or as needed.
• Shovels exterior walkways in winter and salts or sands icy surfaces.
• Inspects common areas and exterior grounds and reports deficiencies.
• Performs general janitorial duties and supports maintenance staff as needed.
