Responsibilities

• Keep community grounds clean and safe on a daily basis.
• Remove litter and debris from all property areas.
• Trash out vacated apartments and remove abandoned items.
• Assist with make-readies and basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain storage rooms and perform light repairs (e.g., sprinklers).
• Monitor safety, meters, and utility cut-offs as needed.
• Work at other Foundation Communities properties in the Austin area.
• Understand and communicate in English.
