Job summary

UHP - Unlock Human Potential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our 800+ acre campus in Gentry, AR. You will keep lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces clean and ready for daily operations and events, while ensuring safety and high presentation standards.

The role requires knowledge of landscaping equipment and basic irrigation, with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends. Previous groundskeeping experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred.
• Familiarity with landscaping equipment and irrigation systems.
• Reliable, able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns and green spaces; mowing, edging, weed control, fertilization.
• Care for landscaping: planting, pruning, mulching, soil conditioning.
• Prepare outdoor areas for weather changes and events.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely.
