Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Gettysburg, PA is seeking a Full Time Maintenance and Grounds Crew member to join our team at Drummer Boy Campground.

You will perform groundskeeping, general maintenance repairs, pool testing and cleaning, and other duties to keep the community safe and attractive. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, can lift 50 pounds, hold a valid driver’s license, and be willing to be on call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping and general maintenance duties.
• Assist with pool testing and cleaning.
• Report maintenance concerns and perform repairs as needed.
• Move heavy objects and operate maintenance trucks on property.
• Support maintenance supervisor to meet quality standards.
