ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management division of Compass Group USA, has an opening for a full-time Groundskeeper at 11500 Maybelline Road, North Little Rock, AR 72117. The role involves grounds and plant maintenance, mowing, pruning, and janitorial tasks, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm schedule.

Must operate lawn equipment and have knowledge of flowers and shrubs; valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Must know how to operate lawn equipment and have knowledge of flowers and shrubs.
• Janitorial duties included as well.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers grounds and plant maintenance programs.
• Trims, prunes, and removes shrubs, bushes, and trees.
• Mows lawns weekly and maintains landscaping tools and equipment.
• Weeds flowerbeds and cleans exterior walkways.
• Provides quality customer service and reports deficiencies to Maintenance Supervisor.
