Job summary

HUDSON DELIVERY SERVICE INC is seeking a reliable, friendly Delivery Driver to join our full-time team. You will pick up and deliver grocery and retail orders, load and unload, and provide professional customer service while following routing directions and safety rules.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, are dependable, and can manage time effectively. Previous delivery or customer-service experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry groceries and retail orders.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver grocery and retail orders to customers.
• Safely load, transport, and unload orders.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Verify orders and delivery information for accuracy.
• Communicate with customers and the team regarding deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle.
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations.
• Follow instructions of electronic routing device - deliver packages.
• Comply with policies and procedures regarding truck operation, package delivery, and customer interaction.
