Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance and assist with landscape construction projects.
• Operate mowers and string trimmers to maintain common areas.
• Assist with landscaping projects like grading and sod installation.
• Monitor and maintain fuel and fluid levels for equipment.
