Job summary

Bobby Jones Golf Club in Sarasota, FL, is seeking a full-time Golf Course Maintenance Member to maintain greens, tees, fairways, and roughs while supporting member and guest experiences. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities include operating maintenance equipment, edging bunkers, planting trees and shrubs, performing sod work, and assisting in course prep.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor golf course maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, tees, fairways and roughs.
• Safely operate motorized maintenance equipment with standard transmission.
• Edge, trim and rake bunkers; plant trees and shrubs; maintain flower beds.
• Fertilize, prune trees/shrubs, lay sod and maintain sand bunkers.
• Support course setup and play preparation; perform snow/ice removal as needed.
