Job summary

Austin Country Club in Austin, TX is seeking friendly, hardworking individuals for a full-time entry-level Golf Course Attendant on our hospitality team. You will deliver first-class service on the golf course, clean carts and stored clubs, and help maintain a welcoming, organized club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of golf operations and the hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean golf carts and member-stored clubs according to our high-quality standards.
• Maintain an organized appearance around our facility and monitor the cart staging area.
• Report guest comments or complaints to management in a timely manner to help resolve issues.
• Maintain working knowledge about the game of golf to better assist our guests.
• Participate in staff meetings and training to stay up to date on information related to our country club.
