Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate will support therapists in delivering evidence-based treatments and participate in geriatric care focused on mobility and function.

You will evaluate and treat residents under supervision, help design care plans, and promote wellness programs within our facility. Licensing in the state and a passion for geriatric patients are required.

Qualifications

• Active state PTA license required.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently under supervision as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate on care plans and participate in functional activities for residents.
