Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid dental license and DEA certification.
  • CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications.
  • Strong clinical skills in endo, implants, oral surgery, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Compassionate, friendly, and patient-focused approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented practice.
  • Excellent bedside manner, communication, and case presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of current dental standards, technology, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a compassionate, patient-centered manner.
  • Provide thorough dental examinations and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and other oral health concerns.
  • Diagnose and treat dental issues, including root canals, extractions, restorations, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Perform treatments including onlays/inlays, crowns, bridges, and implants.
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and dental appliances (Invisalign, night guards, retainers).
  • Collaborate with specialists as needed for complex cases.
  • Supervise and support dental team members.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety protocols (OSHA, HIPAA, infection control).
  • Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient experience and outcomes.

Pay: 800-1200 / Day DOE + Production Bonus Structure
