Job summary

Smile Trust Dental Group, Inc. in Lakeland, FL is seeking a General Dentist to join a compassionate, patient-focused team.

You will perform comprehensive dental examinations, develop treatment plans, and deliver restorative, endodontic and prosthodontic care as part of a multidisciplinary center. Our practices support Medicare Advantage and private insured patients with modern technology and strong clinical and administrative teams to ensure exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school.
• Minimum 2 years of General Dentistry experience preferred.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage patients is highly preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and dental conditions.
• Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic restorations.
• Perform simple and surgical extractions.
• Deliver removable prosthodontic treatment including complete and partial dentures.
• Perform root canal therapy (preferred but not required).
• Place and restore dental implants (preferred but not required).
• Educate patients regarding oral health and preventive care.
• Review and interpret digital radiographs and CBCT scans when indicated.
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation using Open Dental.
