Dental Dreams LLC is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist for our Columbia, SC practice. The role involves comprehensive patient care, from exams and diagnoses to treatment planning and performing preventive, restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures within your scope.

You will work with an experienced team in a dentist-owned organization that emphasizes clinical autonomy, mentorship, and long-term professional development.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina dental license or eligibility
• Competencies in general dentistry, diagnostics, restorative and preventive services
• Strong treatment-planning and patient communication skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
• Ability to collaborate with assistants, hygienists and staff
• Prior CE and ongoing professional development encouraged
• Experience in community-focused or high-volume practice beneficial

Role Description

The Full-Time General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients at our Columbia, SC practice.

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing examinations, diagnosing oral conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing preventive, restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures within the dentist's training, experience, and comfort level.

Our dentists work alongside an experienced clinical and administrative team while maintaining the clinical autonomy to diagnose and treatment-plan based on their professional judgment.

Additional responsibilities include educating patients on their oral health and treatment options, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, reviewing relevant medical histories, and collaborating with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to provide an efficient and patient-centered experience.
