A Day in the Life of a Full‑Time Porter

As a Porter, you are the frontline for both TBC and its clients. You arrive ready to work, wearing your uniform and preparing your tools and supplies. You disinfect surfaces, replenish supplies, and strive to exceed guest and client expectations. You report maintenance, repair, or safety issues to your supervisor. Your work upholds TBC’s reputation for quality and superior service.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and perform general janitorial tasks including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for an entire shift.
• Customer service skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude.
• Fast, efficient, self‑motivated, and eager to do a good job.
• Honest and respectful of people’s privacy and property.
• Previous commercial cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus.
