Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a retail associate in the United States (Michigan) to pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and speed. You will validate items, assist customers, and connect them with the right associates while maintaining safe, organized staging areas and following all safety rules.

The role requires basic computer and retail tech use, plus powered equipment certification such as forklift and order picker.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.

• 6 Months of Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles
