Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a full-time team member in Florence, SC to assist with stocking, customer service, and general store duties. The role requires following Dairy/Frozen standards, keeping areas clean, and supporting the team in achieving sales and service goals.

Must be at least 16 years old and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Employees will engage in training on sanitation, safety, and product knowledge, with opportunities to perform frozen food clerk duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience/training.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to read and follow English instruction and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process/stock products according to Dairy/Frozen Standards.
• Clean work areas and maintain sanitation.
• Provide customer service to shoppers.
• Unload stock and reload salvage as needed.
• Perform duties of frozen food clerk when assigned.
