TJ Maxx, part of the TJX Companies family, is hiring at the USA store level. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience, training Associates, and supporting front-end operations across registers and POS coverage.

The position emphasizes integrity, confidentiality, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail exposure and at least 6 months in leadership, with strong merchandising, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience

• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and priorities
• Communicates with management on priorities and progress
• Provides recognition and constructive feedback
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promotes safety and a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned

Job Description

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Ensures Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For
