Job summary

Massage Envy Cape Coral North is hiring a full-time Front Desk Sales Associate to greet members, schedule visits, and help them maximize their wellness plans. This 30+ hour per week role offers a base pay of $15 per hour plus commissions on memberships and service enhancements, with total pay typically ranging from $15 to $18 per hour.

As part of our Cape Coral team, you will deliver outstanding customer service, promote Total Body Care, and support clinic flow while building a loyal client base

Qualifications

• Previous retail, front desk, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills for multitasking.
• Excellent guest relations and communication.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is a plus.

Massage Envy Cape Coral North, at 1751 NE Pine Island Road, is hiring a full-time front desk associate (30+ hours per week). You'll welcome our north Cape Coral members, book their visits and help them get the most from their wellness plans. Earn $15 per hour base pay plus commissions on memberships and service enhancements (expected total pay of $15-$18 per hour), with medical, dental and vision plans and a matching 401(k).

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail, front desk or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services and enhancements, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
