ImageCare Radiology in New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Floater for our Sussex region offices. The role requires traveling between sites, with a 9:30am–6:00pm schedule. You will check patients in and provide all necessary paperwork upon arrival, delivering friendly, professional service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and reliability. Medical experience is a plus.

Join Our Team at ImageCare Radiology!

ImageCare Radiology
is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Floater in our Sussex office. All new hires are required to attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site.

SCHEDULE

Schedule: Full-Time 9:30am - 6:00pm (Days will Vary).

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Front Desk Associates will act as the representatives of ImageCare, interacting directly with our patients and providing excellent customer service and patient care. Responsibilities include checking patients in and providing all necessary paperwork upon arrival for their appointments. The ideal candidate is reliable and professional, has excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time. Experience and knowledge of the medical field highly preferred.

The Front Desk Floater will be expected to travel between different sites within the Sussex Region within close proximity. Scheduled days will be based upon department needs.
