Starting pay ranges from $18.75 to $20.00 per hour with shifts from 7:00 AM–2:00 PM and 5:00 PM–1:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The position requires ServSafe certification and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively and understand directions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must follow safety rules and Bridgeman Hospitality regulations.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must complete ServSafe Food Handlers certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and neat work station.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow proper food handling procedures and safety knowledge.
• Prepare and cook foods according to recipes.
• Interact with customers and greet them warmly at the serving line.
• Ensure correct portion controls when preparing and serving items.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and PPE usage.
• Assist co-workers and help set up/break down stations.
