Job summary

Gordon Food Service Store LLC in Ontario, OH is hiring a Full Time Food Production Associate. You will prepare sliced meats and cheeses, assemble sandwiches, and assist in beverage prep while ensuring safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sliced meats and cheeses, make sandwiches and wraps.
• Juicing: prepare ingredients for beverages.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Fill in other areas such as stocking or cashiering during down times.
• Operate Rotisserie Oven up to 3 times per day.
• Use broaster to cook chicken items as needed.
• Take temperatures of cooked and cold foods.
• Change oil in broasters.

Store Hours - Monday through Saturday 7AM-8PM; Sunday 9AM-6PM

What will you do:

• Preparing sliced meats (must be 18 years of age to operate meat slicer) and cheeses, making sandwiches and wraps.
• Juicing: prepare ingredients used to create beverages for customers.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Will fill in other areas such as stocking, cashiering or other food production areas during down times.
• Use Rotisserie Oven to cook up to 3 times per day.
• Utilize a broaster, to cook chicken tenders, chicken wings, or other chicken items, fish and potato wedges as needed.
• Take temperatures of cooked foods and cold foods.
• Change oil in broasters.
