Securitas, Inc. is seeking Full-Time Flex Security Officers to cover multiple sites across Central NH (Manchester/Concord/Bedford/Nashua area). Starting pay is $24.00/hr with varying shifts, flexible availability, and guaranteed hours.

No security experience required; growth opportunities and essential licensing support are provided. Officers must be able to travel within NH, be at least 18, and have a valid driver's license.

Full-Time Flex Security Officer - $24/hr - Central NH (Manchester/Concord/Bedford/Nashua area)

What is a 'Flex Officer'?

The Flex Officer is someone that reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and helps fill in at various sites. They are provided full time hours, but do not have a 'home base' at one site.

Schedule: Varying shifts, Monday - Sunday 1st/2nd/3rd shift (flexible availability REQUIRED). Flex Officers are typically guaranteed at least 30 hours per week.

Starting Pay: $24.00/hr

Qualifications:

• Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator; capable of working closely with both global and local security teams.
• Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols, always maintaining a safe and respectful approach.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong customer service skills and prior experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Requirements:

• MUST be flexible enough to work any potential open shift available during the week.
• MUST be willing to travel up to a one-hour commute to various client sites in the NH area. Most sites are located within a 30-mile radius from our Bedford, NH office.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to apply for a New Hampshire Guard Card - our team will assist you in applying for this required license!
