Job summary

Buncha is hiring full-time Flex Shopper & Delivery Drivers to support grocery shopping and delivery across the Twin Cities. You may shop in-store on some days and drive deliveries on others, switching roles as needed throughout your shift.

Average earnings range from $22–$28 per hour plus tips, with paid training and a team-focused work environment. Buncha is an Equal Opportunity Employer and promotes a supportive, fast-paced workplace.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean record.
• Personal vehicle in good working condition with insurance.
• Able to pass background and insurability checks.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Shop and stage grocery orders using the Buncha app.
• Support multiple stores across the Twin Cities based on needs.
• Switch between shopping and driving during the shift.
• Help maintain smooth day-to-day store and delivery operations.
• Deliveries may use Buncha vans or your personal vehicle.
