CVS Health's MinuteClinic is hiring a Full Time Clinic Partner to deliver evidence-based primary and family care in our Tucson, AZ location. The role involves in-person and clinic-based virtual visits, patient follow-up, and coordination with the broader care team.

The position requires an NP license, board certification, and the ability to obtain/maintain multi-state licensure, with emphasis on safe, holistic patient care and clinical excellence. Benefits and eligibility apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC).
• Active, unrestricted state APRN license.
• Master of Science in Physician Assistant/Associate Studies or health-related master’s degree plus Bachelor of Science in PA Studies.
• Current NCCPA certification.
• Active, unrestricted state PA license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Support a safe and efficient care environment through routine examinations, including in-person and clinic-based virtual visits.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other healthcare professionals.
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management.
• Complete clinic operations including inventory management, opening/closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payments.

Education

Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner

AANP/ANCC board certification

Unrestricted state APRN license

MS in PA studies or health-related master’s + BS in PA studies

NCCPA certification

Unrestricted state PA license
