Job summary

ESFM is seeking a full-time janitor in New Carlisle, IN to keep facilities clean and safe. The role involves heavy cleaning duties, floor care, window washing, trash removal, and adherence to infection control procedures. This position offers a daytime schedule and online applications are accepted only.

Prior janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. The starting pay is $15.00 per hour with benefits available to associates.

• Ability to perform heavy cleaning duties and operate cleaning equipment.
• Must follow infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly and performs heavy cleaning duties.
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors and moves furniture as needed.
• Cleans assigned areas with approved materials and sanitizes surfaces.
• Seeks out areas requiring cleaning and completes tasks promptly.
