Job summary

4M Building Solutions seeks a General Cleaner to join our janitorial team in the United States. This full-time role covers Sunday through Saturday with daytime hours from 7am to 7pm and training in our green-cleaning practices.

You will be the friendly face of 4M, responsible for surface cleaning, trash removal, restocking supplies, and reporting repairs. No relocation required; eligibility requires 18+, reliable transportation, and passing a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Must wear provided PPE per OSHA guidelines.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Train in state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green‑sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M; reliable, courteous and resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks and drips as you notice them.
• Duties may vary by site.
