Job summary

Compass Group USA, ESFM division, is seeking a full-time JANITOR at 400 W Lincoln Avenue, Lititz, PA 17543. The role keeps buildings clean and orderly and supports a safe, healthy environment for patients, visitors and staff.

You will perform heavy cleaning tasks such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, and following infection control plans. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary. Willing to train.
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday; hours may vary.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly. Maintains a safe, healthy environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties: floors, rugs, walls, glass, rubbish disposal.
• Dusts, damp mops, and moves equipment as needed; ensures correct placement of furniture.
• Cleans assigned areas with appropriate materials and equipment; sanitizes surfaces.
• Follows the eight-step cleaning procedure and infection control plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to guidelines.
