Job summary

ESFM in Maryland Heights, MO is seeking a full-time Janitor. No experience is required; training will be provided. The position keeps buildings clean and orderly, performing heavy cleaning duties, washing walls and glass, shampooing carpets, and disposing of trash while following infection control plans and approved procedures.

Location: 870 Hog Hollow Road. Multiple shifts available; full-time schedule with details at interview. Pay range is $16.25–$17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary. Willing to train!

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and places them back correctly.
• Cleans assigned areas with appropriate materials and sanitizes surfaces.
• Washes walls, windows and furniture to maintain a safe environment.
• Seeks out areas needing cleaning and takes initiative to complete tasks.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Performs duties per federal, state and local guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet.
• Contributes to the team and maintains professional conduct.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
