Job summary

Topgolf is hiring for a Facilities Associate to perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities equipment, monitor supplies, and assist in arranging meeting rooms. You will conduct safety checks, support security measures, and respond to employee requests.

This on-site role requires basic maintenance knowledge and teamwork within a playful, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with tools, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• HVAC experience preferred.
