Responsibilities

  • Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and waste.
  • Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and operate equipment.
  • Notify management of maintenance issues or repairs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and request cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Clean blinds, glass surfaces, entrances, partitions, and mirrors.
  • Dust and wipe furniture, walls, equipment, and surfaces.
  • Collect and sort recyclable materials.
  • In medical facilities, safely handle and dispose of biohazardous waste according to regulations.

  • Empty and clean ash receptacles, where applicable.
