Position: Evening Supervisor

As an evening supervisor, you will direct and coordinate employees to ensure we consistently provide quality cleaning services to our valued customers.

Supervisor Benefits:

• Starting pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, paid weekly
• Performance bonus: up to an additional $1 per hour weekly

Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Shift hours are typically 4pm to Midnight, Monday through Friday
2. Oversee cleaners and sites as scheduled
3. Perform quality control inspections at customer sites
4. Train new and existing employees on proper cleaning techniques, utilizing smartphones or tablets for reports and navigation
5. Use and understand Windows Office, including Excel, and be comfortable with workplace technology
6. Ensure safety equipment and techniques are properly used and adhered to
7. Provide thorough training to maintain our 100% customer satisfaction standard
8. Order and manage supplies and equipment
9. Check work tickets for accuracy

Supervisor Qualifications:

1. Previous management experience
2. Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record
3. Successful DMV check and background screening
4. Drug screening required
5. Smartphone required
6. Ability to identify and address cleaning needs, including dust, dirt, and debris
7. Strong communication skills, fluency in English required; bilingual English/Spanish a plus
8. Ability to efficiently move between locations to complete tasks on time
