Job summary

Environment Control is seeking a Full-Time Evening Cleaning Manager to lead and support our cleaning teams across the Ohio Valley region. This hands-on role combines supervision, training, and daily operations to ensure quality and efficiency at each site.

You will supervise staff, conduct inspections, manage inventory, complete nightly reports, and assist with cleaning duties as needed. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for travel within about 50 minutes of the Wheeling

Full-Time Evening Cleaning Manager

Environment Control, a leading commercial cleaning company, is seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Evening Cleaning Manager to lead, train, and support our cleaning teams throughout the Ohio Valley region.

Coverage Area

This position requires flexibility and the ability to travel to various customer locations as needed. Candidates must be comfortable traveling within approximately 50 minutes of our Wheeling office to assist with staffing, inspections, training, and operational support.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday (Weekend rotation required)
• Evening shift, starting at5:00 PM

Starting Pay & Benefits

• $21.00 per hour
• Weekly pay every Friday

About the Role

This is a hands-on management position that requires active involvement in daily operations. The Evening Cleaning Manager will supervise employees, train new hires, conduct quality inspections, manage inventory and supplies, complete nightly reports, and ensure all facilities meet company standards.

In addition to managing staff, the successful candidate will assist with cleaning responsibilities as needed, including covering open shifts and providing support at customer locations.

Typical cleaning duties may include:

• Trash removal
• Dusting
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Restroom cleaning
• General janitorial services

This role involves regular walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and other physical activities throughout the shift.
