Job summary

Little Stars Therapy Services in Wichita, KS hires Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA to develop communication, social, play and daily living skills. Behavior Technician - Full Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:50 a.m.-5:20 p.m.

A child communicating a need, making a new connection, or completing a daily routine more independently; these are the moments you'll help make possible!

Little Stars Therapy Services is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism and related developmental differences. You'll use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills while following individualized treatment plans.

No prior ABA experience is required. Experience working with children is preferred. Bring patience, dependability, and a willingness to learn. We provide hands-on training and ongoing guidance from clinical supervisors.

What we offer

• $16-$20 per hour, based on experience and relevant certifications.

What you'll do

This is active, hands-on work that requires patience, consistent attendance, and attention to detail. Some days will be challenging, and progress may happen in small steps. Your consistency helps children learn and grow.

What we’re looking for

Preferred:

• Experience working with children through childcare, education, youth programs, or similar settings

• Prior ABA experience or college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field

Getting started

You do not need to complete training before applying. Candidates selected for the position must complete a 40-hour RBT training course before onboarding. Little Stars covers the course fee.
